Specify HTML for Signatures

In past years, there were some sort of instructions above/below the edit-your-signature box to show what sort of HTML tags were allowed in it. Perhaps it's an idea to mention that explicitly? Otherwise most people will assume HTML isn't possible at all (and must post awkward urls of their blogs/websites in their signature, instead of a nice click-able link, for example) and more enterprising souls will experiment unnecessarily.
